TRIPLE HEART BYPASS AROTIC VALVE AND MULTIPLE SURGERY

Had a triple heart bypass and arotic valve surgery and other procedures done to the heart.STERNUM CUT OPEN, was in hospital for 6 days then home. feel very tired and depressed.
Do i need to walk alot ? any advice. i am an active 74 year old working professional.
