Too Young

I was at the age of thirty one when i had a heart attack it started the night before when i felt sick to my stomach and had pain radiate down my arms the symptoms went away that night and i went to bed the next morning i went to carry out my trash it was an extremely hot day and the symptoms returned with a fury i felt severe pain in my arms and chest and knew right away something serious was wrong i had a terryfing sense of doom i called emsa and they arrived and i was pale sweat covered and scared to death of dying i got to the hospital and indeed it was confirmed that i had had a heart attack i am now 43 years old and i still live in fear of another heart attack i dont know what course to take to prevent this any help would be helpful
