Heat attack with a repreive?

Hi there:

Last month I suffered a sever form of chest pain, and subsequently was taken to my hospital emergency. After usual ECG and blood work it was determined I had a mild heart attack. I was immediately admitted, and received heavy and daily doses of injections and medicines.Three days later an Angiogram was performed to determine the cause and assess the damage to the heart. Interestingly enough, no new problem was found nor did I need another Angioplasty.

The doctors had no explanation for this unusual form of heart behaviour; they called it a "mystery".

I was discharged from the hospital next day with a revised prescription with some additions to prevent this recurrence.

Has anyone else had experienced this type of heart attack or should I consider it a reprieve?

For my background, I have had an Angioplasty done a year ago to prevent Angina attack.

Thanks.
