  • Raw vegetables with a sour cream dip.
  • Fruit kebobs with (just a little) dark chocolate for dipping.
  • Cantaloupe filled with cottage cheese, a dash of cinnamon and some berries.
  • Homemade tomato salsa (tomatoes, onions, cilantro, lime juice, peppers) served with vegetables for dipping.
  • Sugar-free yogurt with fruit and a sprinkle of nuts.
  • Fruit smoothies.
  • Unsalted nuts.
  • Popcorn.
  • Frozen grapes - refreshing in the hot weather!

We strongly urge you to consider eliminating any snacks that contain simple carbohydrates and sugar. Also to not eat processed or refined "food". These food products often contain hidden sugars as well as a variety of chemical preservatives.
